Aron Rose and his brother, Jacky N’Diaye, have come together to open the Carambole Restaurant, Bar & Lounge at the Angel Bayside Marina at Roche Caiman. The two Seychellois businessmen recently returned to Seychelles accompanied by their younger sister, Chanella Rose, who is now the Marketing Manager for the business that officially opened its door last Friday, February 5.

Present at the Official Opening Ceremony was Minister Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture; Sherin Naiken, the CEO of the Tourism Board; Captain David Savy, the Chairman of the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority; Achim Leiss, and the Managing Director of Angel Fish Bayside Marina, among many supporters of the new venture.

Aron Rose and his brother, Jacky N’Diaye, were instrumental some two years ago for bringing the group Kassav to perform at the Kreol Festival. It was Aron Rose who welcomed everyone at the opening ceremony of the new Carambole Restaurant, Bar & Lounge and gave a brief on what makes this new facility different to what exists. “Today we are welcoming back to our shores two Seychellois businessmen, and we are wishing them success in their new venture. We know that such a facility was a needed facility if we really want to see the yield from our tourism industry grow. Tourists need places to go out and enjoy themselves, and the new Carambole is a welcomed addition to existing establishments,” said Minister St.Ange to the owners of the new restaurant, bar and lounge.
