SAN DIEGO, CA & LAUSANNE, Switzerland (September 5, 2008) – Westcore Properties announced today that its European affiliate Airport Development Partners SA (ADP), has appointed Dr. Hans-Peter Kohlhammer and Jan Danielsson to its Advisory Board. Westcore allocated $100 million to create ADP in May 2008 to focus on the acquisition, operation and development of regional airports in Europe.

Commenting on the board appointments, company chairman Marc Brutten said, “With decades of top-level air transport and airport sector experience, Hans-Peter and Jan count among the most experienced and reputed personalities in European civil aviation. We are honored to have them on board.”

Prior to founding his own consulting business focused on corporate turnaround strategies, Dr. Hans-Peter Kohlhammer was CEO and director general of SITA S.C., the world’s leading provider of network and communication solutions to the air transport industry. His other positions have included CEO of Grundig AG and Thyssen Telecom AG. He is chairman of the supervisory board of Regify AG, deputy chairman of the board of Vivanco AG and a member of the board of directors of VimpelCom (Russia).

Jan Danielsson is a former director of Goteborg-Landvetter airport, Sweden’s second-largest airport, a position he held for 12 years. In a long career devoted to civil air transport, he has also worked for the Swedish Government (Ministry of Transport) and for the Swedish Civil Aviation Administration (LFV) as director administrative Affairs, director International Relations and director general. LFV operated, at the time, 19 civil airports, overseeing 90% of all commercial air traffic in Sweden. He has been active within the European airport system as a member of the Board of ACI Europe and generally within ACI with special focus on regional airports. In 2001, he was appointed to represent Sweden and the four other Nordic countries for three years on the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
